OUTREACH
BACKPACK PROJECT
The schools have opened up partially, so we've had some backpacks distributed to other small barrio pastors for their flocks. For next year, with the whole system in person, we'll need to ramp up! We've already started fundraising. Will you please prayerfully consider making a donation? Just $55 buys a child an education...$550 for 10 kids.... and $5,500 for 100. How about that math? This is a really good investment!!! Please go to the Donate Now page now! Gracias, Amigos! |
MANOS DE ESPERANZA
Skills Classes
The objective of Manos de Esperanza (Hands of Hope) is to help people to grow and thrive by providing knowledge and skills applicable in the labor market, while encouraging spiritual and moral values through short devotions.
In this case, it's teaching English. When the masks come off and things get safer, we'll be starting this up again. It's a very popular program serving 150-200 people each week. This Ministry also offers prayer and counseling if the students so desire, and invites them to be part of our church if they wish. All of this amazing work is made possible through donations given by those with generous hearts full of love and the desire to bless others. |
SEEDS OF HOPE
Food Bags & Feeding Stations
Our mission is to reach out the less fortunate who are not just in need of material help, but in need of spiritual food as well. We share the Good News of Salvation through Jesus Christ, and pray together with each family according to their needs.
Since CV19 started, the project has become even more critical. Food Bags Project Through God’s blessings and your donations we prepare food bags for low income families living in the rural areas near our community. The bags are delivered by a group of volunteers from our church or other area churches. Want to support our ministry or become a volunteer to help deliver the food bags? Yes, please! Feeding Station Projects As part of our extended outreach, we provide food each month to six feeding stations in the area. This is a weekend VBS type program with activities and lunch for 280 kids. We are always seeking donations to supplement the beans and rice with some protein and fresh veggies. To donate, please go to the Giving page.
